Training environment
Muay Thai load shapes today's S&C
Most fighter apps track workouts in isolation. MHMTJ treats the Nak Muay's training environment as one system: the pads and the weight room share the same day.
On Train → S&C, Ask Coach (trial / Premium+) reads today's saved Muay Thai session — type, intensity, recovery, energy, focus, and Kru summary — then shapes a strength session. On Coach+, when a periodised block is active, Ask Coach loads that day's plan and dose-adjusts the prescribed work from today's Muay Thai load, then explains why. Athletes then review the week — load, recovery, habits, progress — on the Athlete Monitoring Portal.
Conceptual matrix
Today's MT → Ask Coach tendency
High-level bands only — the same idea fighters already use: hard striking days demand smarter gym dose, not more junk volume. Exact algorithms, prompts, and exercise catalogs stay in the product.
| Today's Muay Thai (saved) | Ask Coach tendency on S&C |
|---|---|
| Hard day — high intensity, recovery low | Bias toward lighter S&C dose; keep the same movement family where a plan exists; explain the adjustment in coach copy. |
| Moderate session — workable recovery | Hold the planned profile; shape sets and focus from today’s saved log context. |
| Lighter MT or fresher recovery | More room for strength or power emphasis within today’s plan — still fighter-appropriate, not bodybuilding volume. |
| No saved Muay Thai log yet today | Ask Coach still plans from your query and equipment; MT cross-ref unlocks when today’s session is saved. |
Coach+
Periodised blocks — 4, 5, or 6 weeks
Start New Block unlocks on Coach+: a multi-week S&C program (2–5 sessions per week) built in an ASCA-aligned periodisation spirit — structure and progression for fighters, not a random workout generator.
With a block active, Ask Coach does not invent a disconnected session: it loads today's planned exercises and dose-adjusts that prescription from today's Muay Thai load — same movements, smarter dose — then you can apply the result to your manual log.
Daily Ask Coach (without blocks) is available on trial / Premium. Blocks and plan-fidelity dose adjustment are the Coach+ unlock. See Pricing.
Week review
Athlete Monitoring Portal
Capture stays in the app. The Athlete Monitoring Portal is the web training desk (Premium+) where nak muay look at their week: day, week, or month views of training load, recovery, habits and rituals, nutrition adherence, trends, and — on Coach+ — periodised block context.
That is how recovery metrics and session intensity become visible as a camp pattern — not only as a single Ask Coach day. Ask Coach still reads today's saved Muay Thai session; the portal is where you see the whole picture and decide what next week needs with your human Kru.
Sign in at /dashboard. The live desk is login-gated; the product job is explained here so athletes and AI citations know what MHMTJ includes.
Honesty limits
What this is — and is not
- Ask Coach uses today’s saved Muay Thai session — not unsaved form fields, and not a full multi-day athlete memory engine.
- The wider week — metrics, recovery, habits, progress — lives in the journal and the Athlete Monitoring Portal for you to review; Ask Coach does not silently “remember” the whole week.
- Coach+ periodised blocks are 4, 5, or 6 weeks only — not 3-week mesocycles.
- AI Kru / Kru Voice Coach is software coaching on your log — not your gym Kru, and not a Muay Boran curriculum inside the app.
- Voice Kru on Today may acknowledge an active S&C block; it does not rewrite the program’s sets and reps.
- The portal is read-only monitoring (optional personal notes only) — Ask Coach and session capture stay in the app.
