1. Subscriptions
MHMTJ offers the following subscription tiers, billed through the App Store or Google Play. MHMTJ does not process card payments on the website.
- Premium: $129/yr (annual, billed once per year) or $14.99/mo (monthly). Includes Kru Voice Coach, Ask Coach on Train → S&C, and holistic journal features per the in-app entitlement.
- Coach+: $24.99/mo (monthly). Includes everything in Premium plus Start New Block — periodised 4, 5, or 6-week S&C programs with dose-adjustment when a block is active.
- Founder 100: $99 one-time for 12 months of Premium, purchased in the App Store or Google Play when seats are available (separate from auto-renewing store subscriptions).
2. Free trial & auto-renewal
Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where offered by the store. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
3. Acceptable use
MHMTJ is a personal training journal. You may not use it for commercial purposes, share your account, or attempt to circumvent its subscription system.
4. Fitness & liability disclaimer
MHMTJ is an informational training journal. Kru Voice Coach and Ask Coach offer affordable coaching feedback — not a replacement for training with a qualified Kru in person. MHMTJ does not provide medical advice. Physical training carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program. MHMTJ is not liable for injury arising from training activities.
