1. Introduction
My Holistic Muay Thai Journey (“MHMTJ,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the MHMTJ mobile app and the marketing website at myholisticmuaythaijourney.com.
2. App data
The MHMTJ app stores your training logs, voice recordings, and habit data in your account via Supabase. Voice audio is processed for transcription and then discarded; we do not retain raw audio files. Your data is used solely to provide the app's features to you.
3. Website analytics
The MHMTJ website is built to use Umami Cloud (or equivalent privacy-light analytics) when configured. Umami does not use cookies for advertising, does not collect personally identifiable information for ad networks, and does not share data with advertisers. No ad pixels are used on this website. Analytics may be inactive until the site ID is configured (Tier 3 — after App Store launch).
4. Email communications
This marketing website does not operate an email interest list or marketing signup form. If you create an MHMTJ account in the app, your email is used for account access and essential service communications. We do not sell your email address.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription billing is handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. MHMTJ does not store payment card information.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and associated app data (such as training logs and habits) for as long as your account remains active, so we can provide the MHMTJ service to you. Voice audio submitted for voice logging is processed for transcription and is not retained as raw audio. Subscription payment details are handled by Apple or Google Play; we do not store payment card numbers. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal account data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we are legally required to keep records. Residual copies in backups are removed or overwritten within approximately 90 days.
7. Data deletion
You can permanently delete your MHMTJ account and associated personal data from within the app: open Settings, go to Data & Privacy, then tap Delete Account and confirm. This cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address in the Contact section below.
